How to use SeenRadarBot

1. Open @SeenRadarBot and press Start.
2. Choose your language.
3. Send a WhatsApp number with its country code (e.g. +44 7700 900123) and confirm you have permission to follow it.
4. You get a Telegram alert whenever the number comes online.
5. Use /contacts to see the list and the timeline, /vip for Premium, /paysupport for payment help.
