How to use utashu_bot

Some Instagram reels are muted by Instagram for logged-out viewers; the bot retries them with an account and warns you if there is still no audio. Telegram lets bots send files up to 50 MB, so very long videos are downloaded in lower quality. The bot is free and never asks you to subscribe to channels.
