Food Recognizer is a computer-vision bot that identifies dishes and ingredients from a photo. It's built on CLIP, an open-vocabulary vision-language model, so it isn't limited to a fixed list: it recognizes over 100 prepared dishes plus common raw ingredients like fruits and vegetables. Send a picture of your meal or a single ingredient and the bot replies with its top three guesses, each with a confidence score. When it's not sure, it says so honestly instead of guessing with false confidence. You can also give feedback after each answer, confirming a correct guess or correcting a wrong one, which helps improve future versions of the model. In this case, pictures are saved with your feedback
How to use foodRecogniserBot
1. Start a chat with the bot and send /start.
2. Send a photo of a dish or a single ingredient (from your camera roll or taken live).
3. The bot replies with its top 3 guesses and a confidence percentage for each.
4. Tap ✅ Correct or ❌ Wrong under the reply.
5. If you tap ❌ Wrong, just type what it actually was in your next message — the bot logs the correction and saves the pic.
6. Use /whoami anytime to see your Telegram chat ID.
