About digesta_news_bot

digesta watches 300+ news sources across 50 countries and turns each event into one short, neutral summary instead of dozens of separate, one-sided headlines. For every story you can see where independent outlets agree and where their framing differs. Tune your feed by country and topic, ask the built-in AI assistant about any story, and get a calm daily recap. Works in 5 languages: English, Russian, French, Spanish and Portuguese. Reading the news is free and unlimited; an optional paid tier adds a bigger AI-question quota, web search and extra personalization.

How to use digesta_news_bot

Press Start — the bot subscribes you to your feed and delivers one calm, neutral summary per event (not dozens of headlines). One story = one message, updated as more sources come in. 1. Open Settings to switch language (EN/RU/FR/ES/PT). 2. Pick your countries and topics, and adjust how much of each you see. 3. Ask the built-in AI assistant anything — send a message for a question about the news, or reply to a story to ask about that specific event. If it can't answer from the feed, it can search the web. 4. Tap a story to open the full picture: all sources, the consensus of facts, and where outlets' framing differs. Reading is free and unlimited. Commands: /start, /settings.

Every story is built from many independent outlets, not a single source. digesta extracts the facts they report, highlights what most of them agree on, and separately shows where the spin differs — so fact and interpretation stop looking the same.

Yes. Choose the countries you care about and tune the “volume” of categories — mute Sport, Crime or anything you don’t want, so the feed carries only your topics.

Yes — there’s a built-in AI assistant right in the feed. Ask about any story and it answers from the sources; if the feed can’t answer, it can also search the web.
