Yes, the bot works in any Telegram group, be it public, private or a super group. Please keep in mind that in order to protect your private group from spam, messages of newly joined users have to be scanned and evaluated by our bot, which might be relevant for your group's privacy. That being said, users gain trusted status over time at which point the bot will not scan their messages any further. The bot does not analyze or store all general group conversation history.

To start the antispamchanbot on Telegram, follow these steps:
