About LimzoRobot

Limzo is a Telegram anti-spam and moderation bot for group admins, with community analytics in the same bot.

Protection covers the whole path a spammer takes: newcomer verification (captcha), automatic scam and promo removal, a link safety scan, a fake-admin guard, flood and duplicate control, raid protection and a media swap guard.

Group management runs from the chat with /warn, /ban, /mute, /kick and a member /report that privately alerts admins.

Every protection layer is free on every plan. No rule syntax to write, no daily check quota, and members' messages never go to any third-party AI.

The same bot adds group stats, member levels, karma, weekly admin reports and a public community page. Available in 13 languages.

How to use LimzoRobot

1. Tap Add to Group on @LimzoRobot and pick a group you administer. 2. Keep the admin permissions Telegram pre-ticks. Limzo needs Delete messages and Ban users to remove spam - without them every protection layer stays switched off. This is the step most setups get wrong. 3. Send /settings in the group to open the admin panel, or message the bot and use /groups. 4. Switch on the protection you want: newcomer verification, link safety scan, fake-admin guard, flood control, language lock. All of it is free. 5. Try /stats, /top and /me for the community side, and /link for your group's public page. Limzo replies in your group's own language - 13 are supported and detected automatically.

Quick answers about using LimzoRobot on Telegram.

Yes. Every protection layer is included on the Free plan: newcomer verification, automatic scam and promo removal, the link safety scan, the fake-admin impersonator guard, flood control, member warnings, language lock and raid protection. Free also covers group stats, member levels, karma, the weekly admin report DM and a public community page, for up to 10,000 tracked messages a month. Pro is $9/month (600 Telegram Stars) for 100,000 messages; Community is $25/month.

Limzo covers the whole path a spammer takes, not just the join. Newcomer verification mutes new members until they tap a button proving they are human. Scam and promo messages are removed automatically. A link safety scan checks URLs against a continuously updated database of known phishing and malware sites. Flood and duplicate control stops burst posting. The impersonator guard checks every join and rename for names mimicking your admins. Raid protection handles coordinated join waves.

No. Limzo arrives already tuned: you switch layers on and off per group from the admin Mini App instead of writing rule syntax, keyword lists or regular expressions. There is also no daily check quota, so every message is checked on every plan. And your members' messages are never sent to OpenAI or any other third-party AI service - the analysis runs inside Limzo itself.

Add Limzo as an administrator and keep the permissions Telegram pre-ticks. Delete messages and Ban users are the two it genuinely needs: they are what let it remove spam and enforce warnings, verification and mutes. Without them Limzo can still count activity, but every protection layer stays inactive. Pin messages and Invite users are optional and only affect the weekly highlight post and invite-link tracking.

Yes, though most groups do not need to. Limzo runs its own protection stack plus the analytics, member levels, karma and shareable public community page that a moderation-only bot does not have, so for most groups it replaces the pair. If you already run another bot for something specific, the two coexist - just avoid switching the same automatic action on in both, so one message is not handled twice.
