About Fitnomobot
Calorie and macro tracking right in your chat — nothing to install.
Send a photo of your plate, a voice note, or just type what you ate. The botestimates calories, protein, fat and carbs, reads barcodes off packaging, andlogs the meal with a date. It works out your daily target and shows what's leftof it, and sends a short review of your day each evening. Repeated meals can besaved so you don't describe them twice.
Charts, history and your daily target live in the web dashboard — you sign infrom the bot by link, no password.
Estimates are approximate: the bot shows a range rather than an exact number, and says so honestly when it can't tell. A rough entry beats an empty day. Free.

How to use Fitnomobot
1. Press Start, then tap "Create profile".
2. Send what you ate — a photo of your plate, a voice note, or plain text. No
need to wait until setup is done: anything you send is logged right away.
3. The bot replies with an estimate — calories, protein, fat and carbs — plus
your running total for the day.
4. Along the way it asks a few short questions (sex, year of birth, height,
weight, activity, goal). After that every reply also shows what's left of your
daily target.
5. Each evening you get a short review of the day.
Commands: /report — today's calories, /profile — your data and target,
/cabinet — web dashboard with charts and history.
A barcode works too: just photograph the package.
